How your mortgage inquiry is handled.

Information submitted through this website is used to understand your mortgage question and follow up with you. The short contact form collects only your name, at least one contact method, and optional context such as a question, preferred contact time, and mortgage topic. Detailed financial information belongs in the separate application flow.

Do not submit SIN numbers, banking passwords, full account numbers, or sensitive document uploads through the website form. If documents are required, Sean will guide you through appropriate next steps.

Short contact submissions are emailed to The Broker Guy through our email provider so Sean can follow up. The email can include the page you used and non-personal campaign identifiers such as UTM tags so advertising and organic inquiries can be distinguished. These identifiers are not sent to analytics with your name, email, phone number, or question.

Calculator figures stay in your browser unless you explicitly select the option to include the estimate in your message. If you select it, that estimate is emailed with your inquiry. It is an educational illustration, not a lender approval or rate offer.

We use privacy-conscious pageview analytics to understand which pages visitors find useful. Query parameters and page fragments are removed before a pageview is sent. A visit to the confirmation page after a successful short inquiry helps us measure whether the site makes it easy to contact Sean; this does not include your name, contact details, question, or calculator figures.

The optional marketing checkbox is separate from permission to receive a response. Leaving it unchecked does not prevent Sean from replying to your inquiry. Information is not sold. Mortgage rules, lender criteria, and privacy requirements can vary by file, so final instructions will be confirmed directly with you.
